Zebrano
Wide gray and unusable splinter. The bottom color of the core is yellow-gray with zebra-coated stripes in brown shades. Has medium strength properties with outstanding bending strength and elasticity. Pockets may occur with a resin-like substance. Very resistant to use in the open air and is not attacked by worms. This West African hardwood variety stands out from many others by the characteristic stripes. For this reason, the wood specie is a favorite for decorative items such as furniture, veneers, countertops, etc.
